Elena has developed her passion for yoga while busy working in marketing. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and teaches bilingual flow yoga.
She found her path as a yogi through an intense asthanga mysore style practice combined with meditation. Yoga has helped her releasing stress and tensions caused by working and living in a fast paced city like Shanghai.
Having experienced the benefits of yoga as a powerful self-healing tool, she encourages students to focus on breathing while promoting energy flow during the practice: the perfect way to connect body mind and soul.
During her class she likes to balance physical challenges and spiritual insights for a whole well-being experience.
Elena has studied Yoga therapy at the Parmarth Niketan Institute in Rishikesh and is a Yoga alliance certified teacher.
