Body Shaping

These unique classes contain elements of different and the most effective classical and modern fitness techniques, and are designed for losing excess fat while building lean muscle, all with a focus on keeping you safe and injury-free. 

Exercises might engage ballet barre, dumbbells and other fitness equipment.



Detox Yoga
It is a great way to exercise and keep yourself healthy. 
The sequence has a few twists to remove toxins, combined with poses to stimulate digestion and the thyroid gland, build muscles, and get the digestive track moving.

Flow Yoga 
Flow Vinyasa yoga is almost like a dance with synchronized breath and movements. Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another. 
The class will most likely include Sun Salutations. 

Power Yoga
With a vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga, it does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely. Emphasis is on strength and flexibility
