Meditation Workshop

As a summary of 2014 and to set new paths and intentions for 2015 we held a spiritual workshop Meet Your True Self: a Simple Introduction to Meditation for beginners.

This workshop was for those who wanted to implement relaxation techniques into their everyday lives and find inner balance and strength in our sometimes overwhelming life pace.

After our instructor’s simple explanation what meditation is, what benefits it could bring to one’s everyday life and discussion participants could experience 30 minute guided meditation session to explore themselves on a deeper level. For most of participants it was first meditation experience so our goal was to provide a simple understanding and guidance through their first spiritual journey.
